Product Overview

The TA series loading spout is designed for loading bulk materials into open trucks and rail cars. With capacity up to 1,000 T/H, double-layer dust skirt sealing, automatic lifting, and dust extraction connection, it provides efficient and reliable dust-controlled bulk loading.

Capacity
Up to 1,000 T/H
Travel Range
1000-3000mm
Application
Open truck and rail car loading
Typical Materials
Cement, clinker, aggregates, iron ore, coal, coke, grain, fertilizer

Product Structure

The TA spout uses an extendable steel inner tube driven by a lifting mechanism. During loading, the outlet section automatically follows the material pile while the double-layer skirt forms a close seal to suppress dust, and the dust extraction port can connect to a collection system for further control.

Advantages & Features

The TA Series open truck loading spout is built on proven mechanical design and practical application experience. With reliable operation, effective dust sealing and flexible engineering options, it provides a dependable solution for efficient and clean bulk material loading.

Heavy-Duty Winch System

The TA loading spout is designed for demanding open truck loading applications and uses a heavy-duty triple-rope Winch System combined with an industrial K-series gearbox to ensure stable movement and long-term reliability. The multi-point lifting design distributes loads evenly and improves resistance to impact from coarse bulk materials such as aggregates and minerals. Key rotating components are precision machined and heat treated to ensure smooth operation and extended wire rope service life.

Triple-Rope Winch System

Flexible Inner Tube Configurations

The TA series can be supplied with either conical inner tubes for improved material flow control and reduced dust, or straight inner tubes for abrasive materials and heavy-duty service. Both designs are available in carbon steel, wear-resistant steel, wear plates, and stainless steel, with optional ceramic or UHMW liners. This flexibility allows the loading spout to be optimized for different bulk materials such as cement, aggregates, grain, and minerals.

Enhanced Core Components

Advanced Dust Sealing System

The TA loading spout features a double rubber skirt designed to maintain close contact with the material pile, helping to minimize dust escape during open truck loading. The outer dust sleeve is available in durable materials such as polyester, nylon, Hypalon, and rubber to suit different environmental and wear conditions. The reinforced sleeve structure ensures long service life and provides reliable dust containment for clean truck loading operations.

Durable Dust Sleeve

Smart Automation and Safety Control

The TA loading spout integrates multiple automation and safety features to ensure reliable operation. Adjustable upper and lower limit switches and slack rope detection help prevent over-travel and rope derailment. With optional level sensors, the spout can automatically lift when material reaches the preset level, reducing manual intervention. PLC control, remote operation, and communication interfaces allow easy integration into plant automation systems.

Configurable Inner Tubes

Project-Based Custom Engineering

Each TA loading spout can be engineered to match specific project requirements. Configurable items include inlet connections, discharge arrangements, dust extraction interfaces, lifting positions, and control options. This flexibility allows the equipment to integrate smoothly into new or existing loading systems. Our engineering approach focuses on practical solutions to ensure reliable performance under real plant operating conditions.

Long Service Life Construction

Critical components are manufactured using precision machining processes to ensure dimensional accuracy and smooth operation. Surface treatments such as galvanizing and industrial coating systems provide reliable corrosion protection for outdoor installations. Structural parts are designed for continuous industrial use while maintaining stable performance. These design considerations help reduce maintenance requirements and extend the overall equipment service life.

Optional Features

Optional configurations allow the equipment to be adapted to specific process requirements and operating conditions, improving reliability, durability and operational performance.
