Venturi Separation System

The MDC-L series incorporates the MDC proven Venturi rod separation technology, dividing incoming airflow into multiple controlled Venturi channels. This design improves gas distribution while maintaining low pressure drop even at high airflow volumes.

By increasing the number of gas-liquid interaction zones, the system enhances separation efficiency while maintaining stable operating resistance, making it especially suitable for large-scale industrial dust collection.

Progressive Two-Stage Demisting

The MDC-L features a progressive two-stage demisting system. The first stage uses flow distribution plates and baffles to stabilize airflow and achieve initial droplet separation.

The second stage utilizes a dual cyclonic separator that effectively removes remaining moisture and prevents droplet carryover. This staged design ensures high moisture removal efficiency and protects downstream equipment.

Large Capacity Modular Design

The MDC-L is designed for large airflow applications with single units handling up to 300,000 m³/h. The modular housing design allows multiple units to operate in parallel, achieving system capacities up to 600,000 m³/h or higher.

This scalable concept allows flexible system expansion and makes the MDC-L ideal for centralized dust collection systems in heavy industries.

Material options include carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, and 316 stainless steel to meet different corrosion resistance requirements. All welds are leak tested to ensure reliable operation.

Industrial Corrosion Protection

All MDC-L units undergo SA2.5 abrasive blasting before coating application. A heavy-duty three-layer coating system consisting of zinc-rich epoxy primer, micaceous iron oxide intermediate coating, and polyurethane topcoat provides long-term corrosion resistance.

This protection system ensures reliable performance even in harsh industrial environments.
