Product Overview

This compact wet dust collector is developed for air volumes of approximately 2,000–3,000 m³/h, providing an economical solution for localized dust collection. Based on a proven hydrostatic precipitation principle, the unit combines centrifugal separation and water mixing to achieve stable dust removal performance with low maintenance requirements.

Compared with traditional compact wet collectors, this series introduces improved sludge discharge arrangements including hopper discharge and automatic scraper discharge, allowing the system to better adapt to different dust loads and maintenance strategies.

Product Structure

The collector adopts an integrated cabinet structure combining air intake, wet separation section, mist elimination section and water storage chamber into a compact vertical arrangement. The airflow passes through the wet separation zone where dust particles are captured by the water curtain before entering the mist eliminator section.

Sludge Discharge Configurations

To accommodate different dust loading conditions and maintenance preferences, the collector can be equipped with multiple sludge discharge arrangements. From simple manual cleaning to fully automatic sludge removal, users can select the most suitable configuration based on operating hours, dust concentration and maintenance strategy.

Advantages & Features

This series is designed to provide a balance between compact size, operational reliability and maintenance simplicity. By combining a proven wet collection principle with practical structural improvements, the collector delivers stable performance while keeping operating complexity low.

Compact Integrated Design

The collector adopts a compact cabinet structure integrating the fan, separation section and water tank into one unit. This arrangement reduces installation space while simplifying duct connections and site layout. The integrated design also improves structural rigidity and helps ensure stable long-term operation.

Compact Integrated Design

Proven Wet Collection Principle

The system uses a proven wet collection principle combining centrifugal force and water mixing to capture dust particles efficiently. Dust is trapped in water droplets and separated from the airflow through a mist elimination section. This design provides stable performance without complex spray systems.

Proven Wet Collection Principle

Built-in Fan with Direct Drive

The collector is equipped with an integrated centrifugal fan using a direct drive arrangement. This eliminates belt maintenance and reduces mechanical complexity. The result is improved reliability, lower maintenance workload and stable airflow performance.

Low Maintenance Operation

With minimal moving components and a simple airflow structure, the collector is designed for reliable operation with low maintenance requirements. Easy access doors and practical internal layout allow convenient inspection and cleaning when required.

Compact Solution for Local Dust Control

This collector is particularly suitable for localized dust collection such as grinding stations, polishing machines and packaging points. Its compact footprint and self-contained design make it ideal for installation close to dust sources to improve capture efficiency.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about application range, dust control, and selection data.

Q: What airflow range is the LV wet collector designed for?

A: The Model LV is designed for airflow requirements under 3,400 m³/h and is especially suitable for low-airflow source-capture applications.

Q: What kind of dust can the LV wet collector handle?

A: The LV page lists viscous dust, polishing dust, steam and oil fog, flammable and explosive dust, and fiber / fluff / fabric dust.

Q: Is the LV wet collector suitable for explosive light-metal dust?

A: Yes. The Model LV is particularly effective at handling potentially explosive dusts from light metals such as aluminum, magnesium, and titanium.

Q: Does the LV wet collector require pumps or nozzles?

A: No. The water is recirculated within the collector sump, so the system does not require pumps or spray nozzles for normal operation.
